These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and bx99 ("bx99", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the bx99 website located at bx99.ws and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features accessible through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, by depositing funds into your bx99 account, or by accessing or using any game, betting market, or service provided by bx99, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bx99 platform and close your account.

The fact that bx99 does not enforce a particular provision of these Terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of bx99's right to enforce that provision in the future. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by bx99.

Access to and use of the bx99 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active bx99 account.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing bx99 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted, and you are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your own jurisdiction before using the platform.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that bx99 is required to enforce, nor have been previously permanently banned from the bx99 platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a person in any of the foregoing categories employed by bx99 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.

bx99 is committed to preventing underage gambling. As part of its standard account verification process, bx99 may require documentary proof of age before activating a new account or processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. All funds deposited to such an account, including any associated winnings, will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of bx99 services, players must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of it changes.

bx99 operates a strict one account per player policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any balance held across duplicate accounts is subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bx99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bx99 will never ask for your password via email, telephone, or any support channel.

You agree to notify bx99 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account. bx99 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of its commitment to security, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming, bx99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any player at any stage. Standard KYC documents include proof of identity (NID or passport) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months). Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities or account restriction.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

bx99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the bx99 account. bx99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during BST business hours once KYC verification is complete.

bx99 reserves the right to impose a withdrawal limit or to delay processing in cases where a player's account is under review, KYC documentation is outstanding, or where bx99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

The following transaction types are strictly prohibited on bx99:

• Deposits or withdrawals using payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.
• Use of bx99 accounts for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Charge-backs initiated against legitimate bx99 transactions. Any player who initiates a fraudulent charge-back will have their account suspended and any outstanding balance forfeited.
• Deposits made with the intention of withdrawing immediately without genuine gameplay.

bx99 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and special event offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitute abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new players only. A "new player" is defined as a person who has not previously held a bx99 account under any name or identity.
• bx99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who have opted into a bonus must meet the full wagering requirements attached to that bonus before a cash-out is permitted. If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, bx99 reserves the right to remove the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it prior to processing the withdrawal.

Seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events — such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16) — may be offered to eligible bx99 players. Terms specific to such promotions will be published at the time of the offer.

bx99 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Use of automated software or bots: Any use of automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to automate gameplay, place bets, or otherwise interact with the bx99 platform in a non-human manner is strictly forbidden.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market — including chip dumping in poker-style games or sharing information in live game contexts — is prohibited.
• Exploitation of software errors: Knowingly exploiting a bug, glitch, or miscalculation in any bx99 game or feature to generate winnings is prohibited. Any winnings obtained in this manner are void and will be forfeited. Players who discover a software error are required to report it to [email protected].

• Abusive behaviour toward staff: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward bx99 customer support staff or other players will result in immediate account suspension.

bx99 uses advanced fraud detection tools to monitor all activity on the platform. Accounts exhibiting suspicious patterns of behaviour may be placed under review without prior notice. During a review period, withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended. bx99 will communicate the outcome of any review to the affected player in a timely manner.

7.1 Suspension by bx99

bx99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by bx99.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or payment processor.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their bx99 account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting bx99 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the bx99 support team. Self-exclusion is processed within one business day and cannot be reversed during the requested exclusion period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bx99 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any bx99 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on bx99 software or game content.
• Use any bx99 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies association with or endorsement by bx99 without express written permission.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the bx99 platform by any automated means.

Game content provided on bx99 by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by bx99 under licence. All rights in such content are reserved by the respective rights holders.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bx99 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the platform, its services, and any content provided thereon. The bx99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

bx99 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, data, goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the bx99 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the bx99 platform or any service offered through it, including during periods of scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your bx99 account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in live odds, game outcomes, or promotional information resulting from technical errors beyond bx99's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from events outside bx99's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, acts of government, or force majeure events.

Where bx99's liability cannot be excluded by law, bx99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bx99 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bx99 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, bx99 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the bx99 website.

Any revised Terms will become effective from the date they are published on the bx99 website. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
